How Alternative Corrections Can Help:

The offender is given a period to contact our office and arrange to serve home monitoring. The Court is notified if the offender successfully completes the program or fails. Our procedures are flexible. Sheriff’s Offices, Jail Staff or Court Personnel can participate in the monitoring process although no participation is required.

ADVANTAGES

Why choose Alternative Corrections and our products? Our goal is to make the detention process as efficient and effective as possible.

COST EFFECTIVE

In most cases, the offender is required to pay the cost of the home or alcohol monitoring services. We collect directly from the offender without involvement of the court, sheriff or jail. The local jail is not required to house, feed, or provide medical care to the offender.

FLEXIBLE

The offender on home monitoring is allowed to work, take care of children and continue to meet the offender’s financial obligations.

CONVENIENCE

We handle all of the details. We install the equipment, monitor the offender, prepare closing documents and violation reports (if required) and retrieve the equipment when the offender has served the sentence. No participation is required from the referring agency.

We’re only a phone call away! Call (218) 291-0896 and let us know how we can help.
